TSS Microscopy focuses on SEM, TEM, FIB, and Dual Beam systems. It is our core business and we understand all aspects of the tools from service to applications.
TSS Microscopy offers customized maintenance programs including annual service contracts as well as per-diem/as-needed service. We support customers who have purchased tools from TSS Microscopy, and those who have not.
We take pride in opening our doors to customers at our remanufacturing center, offering demonstrations and training on the equipment that we sell.
Maintenance and Service
TSS Microscopy offers service contracts for all instruments that we sell. We are also pleased to work with customers who have not purchased from us. If you have microscopes which are off OEM contract, contact us about your service needs.
Demonstrations and Training
Feel confident with your decision to purchase remanufactured equipment. TSS Microscopy wants you to test drive the instrument first, and offers comprehensive training for all the ion and electron microscopes we sell.
