JEOL JEM-2011

(TSS #2926) Pre-owned, 200kV transmission electron microscope ReManufactured to OEM functionality. The JEOL 2011 is the compact version of the 2010 and includes:
• 80-200kV with variable steps
• LaB6 emission
• Imaging modes: Bright Field, Dark Field, Diffraction
• Goniometer with Double Tilt holder
• JEOL Embedded Computer Control
• Optional: Bottom or Side mount camera New or Used
• Vacuum System, ODP with mechanical PVP
• New Haskris air cooled chiller
