FEI/TFS Helios 450 HP

(TSS#7389) This 2013 Thermo Fisher Scientific Helios 450 HP has been upgraded to a G3 system and includes:

  • Elstar UC Electron Column
  • Electron beam range: 350V to 30kV
  • Tomahawk Ion Column
  • Ion beam voltage: 0.5 to 30kV, beam current 1pA to 65nA
  • TLD, ETD, ICE detectors
  • Easylift with Rotation
  • MultiChem GIS with Pt or W included
  • Integrated Plasma Cleaner
  • Full Piezo UHR Stage
  • Windows 7 and xT 10
  • Installation and Operation training included in North America*

Additional Options:

  • Additional MultiChem GIS chemistries (IEE, EE, Pt, W, C)
  • Integrated EDS and EBSD detectors
