We have pulled all field service engineers from the field worldwide effective March 17, 2020.

TSS will do everything possible to keep our customers’ microscopes up and running without compromising your employees or TSS employees and contractors through this difficult time.

Here is what we will do Monday–Friday 7:00 am–5:00 pm Pacific Daylight Time:

• Answer your emails & calls quickly
• Work with you by telephone and remotes access
• Consider onsite service on a case by case basis

NOTE: Please contact service@tssmicroscopy.com if you plan on shutting down your microscope during this time. We would like to track this for our service records.
